Keeping with my theme of meal planning, we’re onto lunches. My dad will tell you that he loved to watch me make my lunches when I was living with them. I had a process and I’d get excited making a healthy salad or whatever it was I was making. It’s my thing…I bring my lunch more often than not. I feel that it’s better for me for a few reasons: 1. I know exactly what is going into my body and 2: it saves me money…lunches are not cheap especially if you work in the city!
